(Feature) - Store historic versions

Summary

When a service or service component gets his version or the operating system updated the value is replaced with the new one But it's necessary to store the old value together with his timestamp to be able to display it on the frontend

Describe the solution you'd like

When one service or service component is updated, the backend should store the old version and provide an endpoint to the frontend to let him display the list of historical records on the web.

The web should also display them with some kind of popup or modal.
