Separate page for Service Provider, Service and Service Component with possibility to show/hide information and add additional fields

Each service and service component should have a dedicated landing page.

For provider, service, this page should include the table of services related to provider, service components related to service and also other information available in DPMT API.

The content of these pages should be configurable, so depending on the user profile or cookie, one can decide which information he/she want to see and which not.

For each object, there should be a possibility somewhere on configuration page, to add or delete fields in addition to those coming from DPMT. So the fields will be only local. It would be good to introduce also categories of the fields e.g.: New category: Geoinformation new field: Region new field: Address
