Some modifications of the test_suite.sh

support iRODS 4.2.1 `/etc/irods/server_config` new json rules format

implement search function as a bulk option.

Change suffix only to prefix/suffix for create in bulk mode. This so it is more in line with all other functions in bulk operations.
