implement search function as a bulk option.

change bulk test handles to uppercase handles.

implement bulk actions in epicclient2.py

Change suffix only to prefix/suffix for create in bulk mode. This so it is more in line with all other functions in bulk operations.

implement 'None' return value instead of 'error' when reading a value from a non existing handle. Before it was not implemented at all and would give a python assertion.

update README.md about automated testing. Update test rules in "test" directory
