change: python3 migration for B2SHARE connector scripts + unit tests of it.

Adapt install script to give better info which file to update for epicclient2 usage.
Adapt rpm spec file to have no longer a iRODS requirement. At the moment his breaks the rpm installation.

Allow all other users than root to create the rpm.

Correct wrong username. Include link to the repository. Output from DEB installation replaced by the one of the newer version. Delete non-printable symbols most probably from copy-paste problems.

renamed replication rules, modified the transfer collection rule and fixed a bug in the checksum retrieve rule

tested trunk alignment with island1: fixed a couple of bugs. Integrated R.Verkerk's patch to compile the module in irods v.3.3. Changed name to B2SAFE. Started to merge with renaming branch, adding Giacomo's new rules and avoiding conflicts. No simplification of overlapping rules yet.

testimplementation for "prefix per community at first datacenter". still to be evaluated in a more productionlike environment.

Update install.txt to include the new parameter serverID in eudat-v1.re

Update install.txt to enable msiGetFormattedSystemTime microservice from
the guinot module only when using irods 3.0 or a lower version

Moved Services/DataManagement/PID/EUDAT-PID/info.txt, Services/DataManagement/PID/EUDAT-PID/install.txt and Services/DataManagement/PID/EUDAT-PID/Makefile to Services/DataManagement/PID/EUDAT-PID/trunk.
