Minor UI & Backend fixes

• Dataset Editor: DMP field should have a subtitle with creation time and be order by creation time desc. Check commit 476915b2
• New DMP (Wizard): Add Table of Contents to Dataset Description Editor
• Admin login: Enter key show execute the login action
• Add logger to backend
