Dataset profile interoperability support

A standard export format shall be implemented. A prerequisite is the addition to the dataset profile of enough semantic information to locate the information to be exposed in the standard export format. e.g. configuration of semantics of dataset profile attributes (e.g. which is license)

The activity cannot be launched until a specification is provided by RDA or other relevant initiatives.
