Ideas for interoperable DMPs (a start, at least)

IIRC I have mentioned before, IF a DMP can be considered as a set of questions and answers (Q: What metdatastandards will you use? A: X, Y and Z) THEN we need to know which questions a DMP covers. If each question (for instance a line in H2020) has its own persistent identifier, then we can know what questions DMPs have in common, and at least compare them.
