Improve Zenodo DOI generation

When a user is logged in with Zenodo Account and select to generate DOI for his/her DMP use that account's auth token to generate the DOI.

Later add prompt if they want to use their account or the default account.

Also show the connected zenodo account and allow the user to set up if they want to re login on every DOI generation
