(Feature) - Integrate svmon with Mattermost

Description

  • When a new component for a service is added or when a service is updated (name change, for example). It will push a notification to a given mattermost channelId. Therefore two env vars are needed: MATTERMOST_AUTH_TOKEN which a personal access token for mattermost and MATTERMOST_CHANNEL_ID
