  • Added support for enabling - disabling connections without having to delete them
  • Make the system generic to allow other helpdesk than zammad
  • Added "helpdeskSync" controller and service to make generic integrations
  • Starting working on the integration with lifeWatch helpdesks
  • Update version to 2.0.0
