Create rpm on gitlab using branch name if it is NOT the master or main branch

When writing/creating the rpm on gitlab use the following:

  • irods-eudat-b2safe
  • irods-eudat-b2safe_devel
  • irods-eudat-b2safe_implement_pyhandle
  • irods-eudat-b2safe_

If master or main (the default branch name) use the one without the branch name. Otherwise create it using the branch name.
