map file handling

Safe the interpolated map files in analysis/Site_Instrument/YYMMDD/map. Delete the creation of analysis/Site_Instrument/YYMMDD/pT and analysis/Site_Instrument/YYMMDD/VMR_dim folder as it is deprecated.
