• less stacking of warnings
• added finishing prints

Other Changes

• All occurences of prfPylot were renamed to PROFFASTpylot.
• Filestructure of example adapted.
• Deleted function that was doing nothing. (check_prf_files)
• rename delete_abscos.bin_files to delete_abscosbin_files
