Merge Changes of v1.2 into master

New Feature: Other Instruments can be processed with PROFFASTpylot
Bugfix: In the pressure interpolation (concerning duplicate times after read-in)
New Feature: Dry-air/Wet-air Mixing ratio can be separately defined (only needed for self-constructed mapfiles)
Improved Documentation
More flexible naming of the mapfiles
Additional warnings for safer processing
Improved handling of default values: More minimalistic input files are possible now

These changes require an update of PROFFAST to v2.3
