Merge new features from eumetsat-fork

Merge features from the EUMETSAT fork into the main version:

  • Added the possibility to pass a dictionary instead of a path to a file as input parameter (simplifies the usage in larger environment e.g. retrieval pipelines)
  • Added the possibility to use a custom map-file. This is useful for experiments with various kinds of a-prioris.
  • Added the possibility to use the measured pressure at local noon for PCXS instead of the model pressure.
